Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Only burn on a stable, level, fire resistant surface

• Keep away from pets, children and other clumsy people

• Trim your wick to 1/4" before every burn

• The 1st burn should be 2-3 hours or until the liquid melt pool has reached the edge of the jar. This is an important step to ensure the candle burns properly after each sequential burn

• Additional burns should be between 1-4 hours (maximum of 4)

• Keep candle free of any foreign objects including matches and wick trimmings

• Stop using when 1/4" of wax remains
